About KYOMAF Stage Applications

Viewing the KYOMAF Stages requires taking part in the Stage Lottery.
Only those who purchased the Advanced Ticket (with Stage Lottery) until 30.8.2019 can apply for the lottery.
*Regardless of the lottery results, the Advanced Ticket with Stage Lottery can be used as a regular admission ticket to the venue.
*There will be only one round of the lottery. We are preparing a small amount of seats available on the day of the event, but please mind that the number of seats will be limited.
*Reselling/transferring the tickets is strictly forbidden.

Notes

  • The name you applied with will be printed out on your stage ticket. Only the person who applied for the stage will be able to enter the venue. We will be checking IDs at the door, so be sure to apply with the name of the person attending.
  • Reselling the tickets is strictly prohibited.
  • You do not need to apply for the Open Stage programs.
  • If you win a ticket in the lottery, you will receive a separate email with further instructions. Stage ticket is an additional ticket that needs to be issued at Seven-Eleven separately. Be sure to issue and bring both your admission ticket and your stage ticket to the venue.
  • You will be charged with system fee and ticket issuing fee at the time of purchasing.
  • You can print out your ticket until the day of the event.
  • No refunds or changes will be accepted after the purchase.
    Stolen, lost or damaged stage tickets will not be reissued, no matter the reason.
  • Reselling the stage tickets is strictly prohibited.

About ID check at the venue

To prevent reselling of the stage tickets we will be checking ID’s at the entrance to the KYOMAF Stage.
Please be sure to bring an ID with your picture on it, such as passport, residence card, driver’s license etc.

  • With 1 ticket you can apply for up to 2 stages on the day of your ticket.

14.9.2019 (Sat) 10:00 JSTStage Lottery Results Announcement / Stage Ticket Issue Period

  • The results will be sent to the email address used in your application.
  • The details on issuing your Stage Ticket will be written in the results email.
  • You can issue your Stage Ticket in any Seven-Eleven Store in Japan until the day of the event.
  • Additional Fee may apply when issuing the ticket.

About Application

  • You can apply for up to 2 stages with 1 ticket.
  • You can apply only for the stages on the day of your admission ticket.
  • You will receive an additional email with instruction on stage application in later time.
  • You cannot apply twice for the same stage program with the same ticket.
  • You cannot apply for the stages on a different day than the day of your ticket.
