One set of tickets per adult per night will be given at check-in on the day of your stay.
If you cancel your stay, you will not be able to receive the tickets. In the event of cancellation of the event, the tickets will not be given out.
In the event of cancellation of an event, the normal cancellation policy will apply.
No stage entry rights are included.
No refunds will be made if tickets are not used.
The “KYOMAF Original Design Ticket” (advance ticket to Miyakomesse) is valid for either 9/16 or 9/17, but not for both days.
The Kyoto International Manga Museum admission ticket is valid for either 9/16 or 9/17 and is not a two-day ticket.
Please refrain from reselling or transferring tickets.
Junior high school and high school students must make reservations as adults. No refunds will be made for the difference in tickets for the Kyoto International Manga Museum.
No tickets will be given to elementary school students. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to enter the Miyakomesse venue. Please pay 200 yen for the Kyoto International Manga Museum on site.
If you use the ticket on the day of your stay, you need to stop by the accommodation before going to the event venue. Please be aware of the event’s closing time.
