A number of free seats will be available for each stage, however the seats will be limited. The details will be announced later.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lottery-term-txt layout-mt-50 layout-mb-50\">To check the application details please see the \u201cStage Lottery Application\u201d<a href=\"#reception\">at the bottom of this page. <\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"announce-box\">\n<div class=\"announce-title\">Meeting place for KYOMAF Stage Ticket holders<\/div>\n<div class=\"announce-text layout-align-center\">The details will be announced on the ticket and on KYOMAF Official Website.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"ttl-lv1 layout-mt-80 layout-mb-40\">Notes<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"flow-attention-lists layout-mb-50\">\n<li>Only the person that won in the lottery (the person whose name is written on the Stage Ticket) has the priority in viewing the KYOMAF stage program. Please be sure to use the name of the person attending, during the application.<\/li>\n<li>Reselling or handing over the tickets is strictly prohibited. We will be checking your ID during the admission.<\/li>\n<li>You will not get a separate Application Ticket with your Advanced Ticket (with Stage Lottery). The ticket itself gives you the right to apply for the lottery.<\/li>\n<li>No applications are needed for the Open Stage programs.<\/li>\n<li>An adult can bring up to one child under primary school age to the stage (Two children per one guardian will not be allowed admission).<\/li>\n<li>You will be charged additional 324 JPY for system fee when issuing your Stage Ticket.<\/li>\n<li>Issuing of the Stage Ticket is possible until the time of stage venue opening.<\/li>\n<li>Stolen, lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued, no matter the reason.<\/li>\n<li>Reselling the tickets is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>The tickets will not be sent by mail.<\/li>\n<li>Regardless of the lottery results you will be able to enter Miyako Messe you\u2019re your addmission ticket.<\/li>\n<li>For any questions regarding the applications, please contact Lawson Ticket at 0570-000-777 (from 10:00 to 20:00 every day).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"ttl-lv2 layout-mb-30\">About ID check<\/h3>\n<p class=\"lottery-term-txt layout-mb-50\">To prevent illegal ticket handling we will be verifying your identity during admission.<br \/>\nPlease be sure to bring your driving license, passport, student\u2019s ID or other document with your picture. Name, 2. Reservation Number written in the lottery confirmation email. 3. Phone Number.<\/li>\n<li class=\"flow-area-contents-list caution\">If you have encountered an error in the issuing process, please check if the bar code number (last 12 digits) from your application and the ticket issuing number in your lottery results mail are correctly inserted.<\/li>\n<li class=\"flow-area-contents-list caution\">The meeting place and time for the Stage Ticket holders will be announced on the ticket and on KYOMAF Official Website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<h3 class=\"ttl-lv2 layout-mb-30\">About Application<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"flow-attention-lists layout-mb-50\">\n<li>You can apply for 2 stage programs (on the same day) per one ticket.<\/li>\n<li>For 2 applications you can win up to 2 stage tickets.<\/li>\n<li>You can apply for programs only on the day of your admission ticket.<\/li>\n<li>The number on your Advanced Ticket is needed during the KYOMAF Stage application.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/kyomaf.kyoto\/2017\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/barcode_en.jpg\" alt=\"barcode\" width=\"274\" height=\"187\"><\/li>\n<li>You can apply for up to 2 stages with one ticket, but for system reasons, you cannot apply for two stages at once. If you wish to apply for two stages, please repeat the application process twice.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kyomaf.kyoto\/2017\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/lottery_en_image01.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n<li>You cannot apply for the same stage twice.
