Primary school students and younger enter for free.<br \/>\nPrimary school students need assistance of a guardian (20 years and above). <br \/>\nForeigners can enter for free upon showing their passport.  <br \/>\nHowever in case of the advanced lottery stages, foreign visitors must buy the stage lottery ticket the same as other visitors. The priority tickets will be sold through a lottery and are additional to the regular admission tickets. <br \/>\n* For priority entrance please purchase a regular admission ticket as well. The parking at Miyako Messe has space for 163 vehicles. It is open from 7:00 to 23:30 (entry until 22:00). <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"faqItem\">\n<dt data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-3-3\" class=\"faqTitle accordionBtn\">How much does the parking cost?<\/dt>\n<dd data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-3-3\" class=\"faqBody accordionContents\">\n<div class=\"answerBalloon\">\n<p>The parking space at Miyako Messe and the Okazaki Koen Parking (7:30\uff5e23:00) in the area cost 500 JPY for the first hour and 200 JPY for each following 30 min.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"faqItem\">\n<dt data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-3-4\" class=\"faqTitle accordionBtn\">Can I park a bike or a bicycle?<\/dt>\n<dd data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-3-4\" class=\"faqBody accordionContents\">\n<div class=\"answerBalloon\">\n<p>There are only a few spaces for parking. Because of big crowds during the event we strongly recommend using public transport. <\/p>\n<p>\u203bPlease do not park your bicycles at the Kyoto Prefectural Library near Miyako Messe.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"faqSubCategory inner inner-wide\">\n<h3 class=\"faqSubCategoryTitle\"> About KYOMAF Stage (Advance Lottery Stage) <\/h3>\n<div class=\"faqItems\">\n<dl class=\"faqItem\">\n<dt data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-4-1\" class=\"faqTitle accordionBtn\">What is KYOMAF Stage?<\/dt>\n<dd data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-4-1\" class=\"faqBody accordionContents\">\n<div class=\"answerBalloon\">\n                <pKYOMAF Stage is the advance lottery ticket stage that can be viewed only by those who got chosen in the lottery. <\/p>\n<p>Please check <a href=\"\/stage_events\/kyomaf_stage\/\">here<\/a> for more details.<\/p>\n<p>Because of ticket system limitations, only those residing in Japan are able to apply for the lottery. <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"faqItem\">\n<dt data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-4-2\" class=\"faqTitle accordionBtn\">Do you empty the Open Stage venue after every program?<\/dt>\n<dd data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-4-2\" class=\"faqBody accordionContents\">\n<div class=\"answerBalloon\">\n<p>We do not empty the Open Stage venue, but please refrain from securing seats by leaving your belongings.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"faqItem\">\n<dt data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-4-3\" class=\"faqTitle accordionBtn\">Can I eat and drink in the stage area? <\/dt>\n<dd data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-4-3\" class=\"faqBody accordionContents\">\n<div class=\"answerBalloon\">\n<p>Please refrain from eating and drinking in the stage area. Use the Character Caf\u00e9 or the rest spaces inside Miyako Messe.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"faqItem\">\n<dt data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-4-4\" class=\"faqTitle accordionBtn\">Can I take pictures and record the stages and the cast?<\/dt>\n<dd data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-4-4\" class=\"faqBody accordionContents\">\n<div class=\"answerBalloon\">\n<p>Taking pictures, videos and audio recordings of the cast on both KYOMAF Stage and Open Stage is forbidden. If the staff notices such behavior your data might be deleted or confiscated, or you might be asked to leave the venue.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"faqItem\">\n<dt data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-4-5\" class=\"faqTitle accordionBtn\">Can I pass on letters and gifts for the cast?<\/dt>\n<dd data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-4-5\" class=\"faqBody accordionContents\">\n<div class=\"answerBalloon\">\n<p>You cannot give letters and gifts directly to the cast of both KYOMAF and Open Stage. However, we will prepare gift boxes at the stage entrances, where you can leave your gifts.  <\/p>\n<p>If you do not have the ticket for the stage please ask the closest staff for assistance.\n<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"faqSubCategory inner inner-wide\">\n<h3 class=\"faqSubCategoryTitle\">About Venue facilities<\/h3>\n<div class=\"faqItems\">\n<dl class=\"faqItem\">\n<dt data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-5-1\" class=\"faqTitle accordionBtn\">Is there a smoking area in the venue?<\/dt>\n<dd data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-5-1\" class=\"faqBody accordionContents\">\n<div class=\"answerBalloon\">\n<p>Smoking in the whole venue is prohibited. Please use the smoking space at B1F outside.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"faqItem\">\n<dt data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-5-2\" class=\"faqTitle accordionBtn\">Is there a day-care center for children in the venue?<\/dt>\n<dd data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-5-2\" class=\"faqBody accordionContents\">\n<div class=\"answerBalloon\">\n<p>There is none. Huge crowds are expected during the event so please keep close watch over your children.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"faqItem\">\n<dt data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-5-3\" class=\"faqTitle accordionBtn\">Is there a nursing room or a place for storing baby strollers?<\/dt>\n<dd data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-5-3\" class=\"faqBody accordionContents\">\n<div class=\"answerBalloon\">\n<p>There is none. <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"faqItem\">\n<dt data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-5-4\" class=\"faqTitle accordionBtn\">Are there vending machines and public phones in the venue?<\/dt>\n<dd data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-5-4\" class=\"faqBody accordionContents\">\n<div class=\"answerBalloon\">\n<p>Yes, on the 1st floor. <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"faqItem\">\n<dt data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-5-5\" class=\"faqTitle accordionBtn\">Can I leave my luggage somewhere at the venue?<\/dt>\n<dd data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-5-5\" class=\"faqBody accordionContents\">\n<div class=\"answerBalloon\">\n<p>There are coin lockers at the 1st floor. Big for 300 JPY\uff08W36cm\u00d7D48cm\u00d7H77cm\uff09, small for 200 JPY\uff08W36cm\u00d7D42cm\u00d7H39cm\uff09per day. There are only 24 lockers, so we advise using the lockers on the train stations etc.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"faqItem\">\n<dt data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-5-6\" class=\"faqTitle accordionBtn\">Are pets allowed in the venue?<\/dt>\n<dd data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-5-6\" class=\"faqBody accordionContents\">\n<div class=\"answerBalloon\">\n<p>No pets are allowed into the venue, except service dogs.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"faqItem\">\n<dt data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-5-7\" class=\"faqTitle accordionBtn\">Can I enter in a wheelchair?<\/dt>\n<dd data-accordionId=\"faqCategory-2-5-7\" class=\"faqBody accordionContents\">\n<div class=\"answerBalloon\">\n<p>Yes you can. The venue is barrier-free.
