Priority Admission Ticket
In order to prevent overnight queuing Priority Admission Tickets, allowing earlier entrance to the venue will be available through lottery. For priority admission you will need to purchase a regular admission ticket as well.

In Japan

– Priority Admission Tickets allow visitors to enter the venue from 9:00.
– The admission will be carried out in order of the ticket number.
– Visitors carrying only the regular admission tickets will enter the venue after the Priority Admission Ticket holders.

Notes

  • The Priority Admission Tickets will be sold through advanced lottery. If the number of applications exceeds the number of tickets prepared, ticket holders will be determined through lottery.
  • We cannot answer any enquiries about the number of tickets or numbering order.
  • You cannot enter the venue with the Priority Admission Ticket only. You need a separate Miyako Messe Admission Ticket for admission.
  • You will be charged additional 324 JPY for system fee when issuing your Priority Admission Ticket.
  • Visitors carrying only the regular admission tickets will enter the venue after the Priority Admission Ticket holders.
  • You can buy only one ticket per day, per person.
  • There are no other benefits for Priority Admission Tickets except the early access to the venue.
  • The Priority Admission Ticket does not guarantee any priority in buying exhibitors’ limited merchandise etc.
  • Reselling the tickets is strictly prohibited.
  • No refunds or changes will be accepted after the purchase.
    Stolen, lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued, no matter the reason.
  • Please note that if you arrive at the venue after the time noted on your ticket you may be directed to the end of the waiting line.

  • The tickets are sold only through the Lawson Ticket website.
  • Applications are available only through the Internet. There are no phone reservations.

12.9.2017 (Tue) 15:00~ Lottery Results Announcement, Start of Ticket Issuing

  • Lottery results, along with ticket issuing details, will be sent to the email address registered in the application process.
  • The following are needed for issuing the ticket: 1. Name, 2. Reservation Number written in the lottery confirmation email. 3. Phone Number.
  • You can check your application details and lottery results through the application page below or through Lawson Ticket website.
  • You must receive your ticket until 23:30 of the day written on your Priority Admission Ticket.
  • The meeting place and time for the Priority Admission Ticket holders will be announced on the ticket and on KYOMAF Official Website.
  • You will not be permitted priority admission without the Priority Admission Ticket.
