To watch the KYOMAF Stage programs you need to take part in the advanced Stage Lottery (A number of free seats will be available on the day, however the seats will be limited and located further away from the stage). To apply for the lottery you need to first purchase the Advanced Ticket (with Stage Lottery), on sale until August 27 (Sun). There will be only one round of applications this year. A number of free seats will be available for each stage, however the seats will be limited. The details will be announced later.

Notes

• Only the person that won in the lottery (the person whose name is written on the Stage Ticket) has the priority in viewing the KYOMAF stage program. Please be sure to use the name of the person attending, during the application.
• Reselling or handing over the tickets is strictly prohibited. We will be checking your ID during the admission.
• You will not get a separate Application Ticket with your Advanced Ticket (with Stage Lottery). The ticket itself gives you the right to apply for the lottery.
• No applications are needed for the Open Stage programs.
• An adult can bring up to one child under primary school age to the stage (Two children per one guardian will not be allowed admission).
• You will be charged additional 324 JPY for system fee when issuing your Stage Ticket.
• Issuing of the Stage Ticket is possible until the time of stage venue opening.
• Stolen, lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued, no matter the reason.
• Reselling the tickets is strictly prohibited.
• The tickets will not be sent by mail.
• Regardless of the lottery results you will be able to enter Miyako Messe you’re your addmission ticket.

About ID check

To prevent illegal ticket handling we will be verifying your identity during admission. Please be sure to bring your driving license, passport, student’s ID or other document with your picture. If you do not have any document of such, please bring the original of your health insurance card or resident registration card (copies of any of the above will not be accepted).

• If you bought your ticket online, be sure to receive it until August 27 (Sun).
• To apply for KYOMAF Stage programs you need the number written on your Advanced Ticket.

8.9.2017 (Fri) 15:00~ Stage Lottery Results Announcement / Stage Ticket Issuing Start

• Lottery results, along with ticket issuing details, will be sent to the email address registered in the application process.
• You can check your application details and lottery resultsthrough the application page below.
• You can receive your ticket anywhere in Japan, through Loppi machines located in Lawson and Mini Stop stores.
• Issuing of the Stage Ticket is possible until the time of stage venue opening.
• You will be charged additional 324 JPY for system fee when exchanging your Stage Ticket.
• The following are needed for exchanging the ticket: 1. Name, 2. Reservation Number written in the lottery confirmation email. 3. Phone Number.
• If you have encountered an error in the issuing process, please check if the bar code number (last 12 digits) from your application and the ticket issuing number in your lottery results mail are correctly inserted.
• The meeting place and time for the Stage Ticket holders will be announced on the ticket and on KYOMAF Official Website.

About Application

• You can apply for 2 stage programs (on the same day) per one ticket.
• For 2 applications you can win up to 2 stage tickets.
• You can apply for programs only on the day of your admission ticket.
• The number on your Advanced Ticket is needed during the KYOMAF Stage application.
• You can apply for up to 2 stages with one ticket, but for system reasons, you cannot apply for two stages at once. If you wish to apply for two stages, please repeat the application process twice.
• You cannot apply for the same stage twice. Even if you apply twice for the same stage, only one of your applications will be taken into consideration. You cannot apply for a stage on a different day than your Admission Ticket.
• The name used in the lottery application process will be written on your ticket.
• Only the said person will be allowed to enter with the ticket, so please be sure to use the name of the person attending, during the stage application process (the name can differ from the name used while buying the admission ticket).
• If you have encountered an error in the application process, please be sure to check if your address is inserted in full-width characters 　｢1｣→｢１｣
